5 bedroom, 3 bathroom newly renovated home. Sleeps 14 comfortably. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs with a large florida room overlooking pool. Downstairs are two Jack and Jill bedrooms with a bathroom in between. Theater room. Family room with wet bar. Located on a deep water canal on the Gulf of Mexico with neighboring Green Key (beach). Quiet neighborhhod close to beaches, shopping, dinner cruises, fishing on your own pier. 40 minutes from Tampa, 1.5 hrs from Orlando, 20 min from Busch Gardens. Home is fully equipt and has a wide open calendar! Available for weekly or monthly rental.

Area Description

Located next to Green Key road that leads to beach with playground and picnic area. Half mile West of Hwy 19 which has shopping malls, movie theaters, and all varieties of resturants. 1 mile north of fishing and dinner cruises. Salons and spas within 2 miles. 20 minutes from Busch Gardens. 40 minutes from the Tampa Intnl Airport. Sea World also within 30 minutes. Boat and jetski rentals within 2 miles.

Pack and Play crib and high chair available for baby. Additional bunk bed and air mattress available for additional guests. The pool lights up beautifully at night, there are pool toys and floating matresses. There is a sundeck and pier for fishing. A 13 ton boat lift on the pier. There is a Casino 3 miles north on 19, so less than 5 miles away. This house is a comfortable distance from Orlando and Tampa so all of the theme parks of Disney, Kissimee, Sea World, Busch Gardens and Adventure Island so this location is perfect for the kids!! Championship Golf also within a comfortable distance. There is something for everyone. The group of friends or extended family.

This home was perfect for my friends and I for a stay with 12 people. We were not sure that there would be adequate sleeping accomidations for such a large group. To our delight there was more than enough sleeping room, the pool was clean and the hottub was great! It was the perfect location to go anywhere.
