Great place & enjoyed the trip!

This year we wanted a more relaxing vacation...well we definately found that! The house was exactly what we expected. We took several day trips, Homossasa Springs, Weeki Watchee Springs, MOSI (Museum of Science and Industry) and Clearwater Beach. They were all less than 45 minutes from the house so they made for perfect getaways and we could still be back at the house to cook dinner on the grill and enjoy the sunset. We didn't see any dolphin behind the house but did get to see some at the communities private beach which is a great area for the kids to enjoy the water and sand. If we decide to come back to this area we will definately stay at this house again.

Awesome Vacation House!

This house was very nice! The beds were very comfy and everything was clean. Our favorite feature was the pool/dock area. We stayed for the 4th of July and watched fireworks out on the dock from all directions. It was great! My one complaint is that the pool heater was not turned on prior to our arrival. So my husband and dad had to figure out how to turn the heater on (which wasn't too hard...just go by the control box in the garage and there is a map/some instructions)...I just thought it should have been already turned on/warm/ready to go for our stay. That was my one minor issue. We went parasailing on Clearwater Beach and was close to my Grandpa in New Port Richey so this home was perfect. Really big and nicely decorated, too! :) Would consider staying here again in the future!!
