Relax in the scenic screened lanai and enjoy your morning coffee as you watch your wildlife friends (deer, turkey, sand hill cranes, raccoons, oppossums, squirrels, hawks, armadillos) in the back yard. Enjoy the scenic view from almost every room in the house. Very quiet & relaxing environment. At night you will feel like you are sitting in the middle of the forest...And only 10 minutes to the Gulf!

The home has 2 master bedrooms and 2 full baths at opposite ends of the house with two living rooms, dining room, and kitchen in the center making it ideal for one or two couples. It also has a two car garage. The house is completely furnished with Satellite TV, phone, and high speed internet access and washer & dryer. It also has a gas grill for you enjoyment. You can also go for a swim in the community pool.

Area Description

The home has access to the River Ridge Country Club and olympic size community pool 3 blocks away. After spending the morning on the 18-hole golf course, have lunch at the country club and take a 15 minute ride to the beach to cool off. Located just behind the home is beautiful 22,000 acre Starkey Wilderness Park. It offers miles of hiking, biking, horseback riding trails, campsites, and a playground for children.

The area is about 10 miles east of the gulf with an unlimited selection of fine restaurants, bars, shopping, boating, golfing, and more. Take a drive to Busch Gardens, Weeki Wachee, Crystal River, Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island, Tarpon Springs, Hudson Beach, St Pete Beach, Seminole Hardrock Hotel & Casino, Ybor City, Lowry Park Zoo to name a few....Then take a day trip over to Disney, Sea World, MGM, or Universal Studios.

The things to do are endless in this area or you can just at the home and enjoy the serentity of the wilderness in your own back yard and watch the golfers go by.

The view out the back is awesome and when you look out and are literally eye to eye with a deer munching on the flowers outside your window it is truly a memory to treasure.
