Description of the New Port Richey vacation home rental

Beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bath home on the scenic Cottee River in New Port Richey, Florida. Incredible outdoor kitchen with a 54 inch firemaster grill, big enough to roast a pig on! The outdoor kitchen has granite countertops and overlooks the gorgeous swimming pool and river.
The home has a pool table and TVs in every room, as well as wireless internet, an extra refrigerator, and is tiled throughout.
If you are a boater, the home has direct gulf access. There is a place that rents pontoon boats and kayaks right accross the river, about a 2 minute drive by car. There are 4 local restaraunts on the water accessible by boat (or car)with beautiful views. The local beach is 5 minmutes away, and world-reknownded clearwater beach is a short 40 minute drive. Fred Howard park has a picturesque beach and is about 20mmin away.
Busch Gardens and Adventure Island (waterpark)are in Tampa,n45 minmutes away, as well as world class shopping and dining.
Orlando is about an hour and a half to two hours. To the north are several state parks, such as Homossasa Springs, Crystal River, and Weeki Wachi.

This house was wonderful. It was very spacious, clean, and a well cared for home. We had a wonderful time there and have no complaints. It was everything we expected from the description and so much more! The owner is easy to work with and very helpful. We will be going back to this house again in the future.
