We had a blast! we had a family reunion for Christmas and had the best vacation ever. The house had it all. My kids are now pool sharks with the full size pool table. They were so sad coming home i had to buy a pool table. Owner was great, many nights he hung out with us on the patio because he was so fun. super nice. We cant wait to go back. The backyard view was incredible, everything close to the house,shopping,beach. I would love to move there and have Mo as our neighbor. We had 14 people there and there was still room left for 3 of our friends who stayed on New years eve. The price was perfect. I researched many homes and this one came in first for cost. Where can you sleep 14 people for $215 a night. HIGHLY recommended if you cant tell by my review!

The best vacation ever. Pool in back, pool table in front, river and dock in back. Never once heard...mom Im board. Great location. 5 min to gulf by boat. lots of room and great grilling on deck. Teenagers loved it. I will be there next year. Same time next year.

We stayed there the last week of July this year, 2010. The house was perfect for the number of people we had and for the relatives in the area to visit. We plan on renting again in 2012 when my son returns from Afghanistan. Mo was really nice and made the stay on to remember.

I truly enjoyed our vacation in New Port Richey. We discovered interesting nearby attractions such as Tarpon Springs (the town and beach), Islands just off shore from Gulf Harbor, local wildlife. We enjoyed the space. It was an excellent home for multi-family vacationing.

This house was wonderful. It was very spacious, clean, and a well cared for home. We had a wonderful time there and have no complaints. It was everything we expected from the description and so much more! The owner is easy to work with and very helpful. We will be going back to this house again in the future.
