Description of the New Port Richey vacation home rental

Immaculate 2,ooo sq. ft. waterfront home. It's direct lakefront, offers you some breath taking sun rises and a beautiful panoramic view of Moon Lake.

Large Florida room over looking the water.

Fully equipped kitchen. (see amenities) New appliances and cabinets.

A spacious dining room accomodates 8 at the dining table. For your convenience the desk is where you will find the high speed internet connection. Books and maps are available for day trips.

Four bedrooms (2 queen beds, 4 twin beds). Two bedrooms (1 queen bedroom, 2 twin bed bedroom)are separated by a full bath on each side of the home divided by the dinning room. Great floor plan for couples, adults and families.

Laundry room (washer/dryer) is located in the garage with the third bath having a walk in shower.

The front of the home faces the water. Quiet dead end Street. There is a one car garage and a two car carport. House entry three steps away. Plenty of parking.

Area Description

There is a county Park on this 125 acre lake which has a picnic area, white sandy beach and a boat ramp. It is about a 15 minute drive to the gulf, Hudson Beach. 45 min to Clearwater Beach. Easy acess to major highways 35/45 min drive to Tampa Int'l Airport and Bush Gardens. Many near by attractions. Weeki Wachee, Crystal River, Homassassa Sprigs, Tarpon Springs, Museums, Parks, Lowery Park Zoo, Casino Cruise Boat, Florida Aquairum. Also, a wide varity of restarants and shopping.

We rented this property for two weeks, and enjoyed every minute of it. This home sits on a quiet lake, and has it's own private beach. The park-like landscaping is a testament to owners who truly love this place. The wildlife is fabulous - sandhill cranes and osprey visited us daily. The house is immaculate; you can eat off the floors. The kitchen is exceptionally equipped, and the dining room easily seats a large family. We had family visit several times while we were there, and the entire house is perfect for larger groups. The Florida room had plenty of comfortable seating (including four recliners) for adults and kids, plus a huge tv, dvd, boom box, etc. We were very comfortable the entire two weeks, loved being off the beaten path but close enough to stores to quickly pick up groceries. The local bar - Boondocks, less than 1 mile away - had great pizza. Would we stay there again? Definitely.
