The house is equipped with a washer and dryer in the 1.5 car garage, and has a microwave, and dishwasher as well as all major appliances and small kitchen appliances. All towels and bedding are supplied as well. There is a flat panel LCD TV in each bedroom and a42" Flat Panel TV in the sun room. The two full bathrooms make this home easy to share with up to 7 family members or friends. Master bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a double bed, sunroom has a queen sleeper sofa, and the living room sofa can accommodate another guest.

The location can't be better! In addition to the backyard water front the home is 10 minutes from the historic Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, Fred Howard Park and Honeymoon Island and is 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport. Other close attractions include the famous Weeki Wachee Water Park and Mermaid Show, Busch Garden and Adventure Island, Clearwater Beach as well as Hudson Beach. Enjoy great shopping and dining at local restaurants to numerous to mention as well as a seafood market 2 miles from the home where you sample local seafood prepared in your own kitchen if you choose. Target and Super Wal Mart are within 5 miles of the home. There are several Championship Golf courses as well as public parks within minutes of this terrific retreat!

I recently relocated my family from Utah to Florida. This included my wife, my 3 kiddos, my mother, my English Mastiff and my mothers two small dogs. We stayed in this house for a month while looking for a permanent house and it was absolutely perfect. We are usually the types of people who have to scrub a place down before we are comfortable staying. This was not the case with this house. It is kept in beautiful condition and the lake view is amazing. The patio out back is perfect for relaxing as the sun goes down. If you are considering this place than it's time to get off the fence. Do it. Do it before its gone!
