Description of the New Port Richey vacation home rental

Home is located in a quiet subdivision with no neighbour behind. Across the road from the house there is a nice size pond with birds, ducks etc.
The pool is screened in and features a sitting area with a roof. The kitchen is brand new with modern cupboards featuring a beautiful granite counter. All appliances are new including a microwave and dishwasher.
Patio doors leading to the pool from master bedroom, living room and dining room. Floors are ceramic tiles except for the 2 bedroom which are carpeted. Washer and dryer are in the garage for your convenience.
There is a linen closet with all your towels and sheets.
We are extremely clean and also have a local couple who are available for anything you might need.
Also just added recently internet, HD TV and free long distance within US and Canada.

Area Information

The area has it all. Close to many golf courses, beaches and shopping centers.
If you like fishing you can do so about 10 mins. away
Busch Gardens - 40 mins
Adventure Island - 40 mins
Disney World, Epcot, Universal Studios, Seaworld are 40 mins. away
Florida Aquarium - 40 mins
Weeki Wachee - 35 mins.
Tarpon Spring docks - 25 mins.
Both Tampa and Ste Petes airports about 35/45 mins.

~Simply Wonderful...

Beautiful, Serene, Comfortable...are only a few words I can use to describe this property and my experience! I had such a wonderful time!! The pictures depicted, only showed on a small scale the beauty of this property! The property was very clean & equipped w/everything you would need. My favorite spot was by poolside - perfect for curling up w/your Kindle, listening to music..or just having one of those "ponder in thought" moments! Jocelyne - the owner, is amazing & her professionalism is top notch! The caretakers are wonderful as well and made me feel right at home..like old friends. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The ONLY complaint I have is...that I had to leave!!!

Just Perfect!!

Wonderful property with everything you could require for a perfect holiday. Beautiful surroundings, overlooking a nature reserve, very peaceful but perfectly placed for visiting Tampa, Clearwater Beach, Tarpon springs, St Pete's etc. All in all, great location, great property, fabulous holiday. PERFECT!!!

obviously this renter is never satisfied, I have several renters and never received such a
negative review and we should notice that this Corinne woman did not say why she was

The rental of this property was a 'last minute' decision and could have been a potential disaster if not for the special attention to customer service that Dottie provided.
