Fantastic Home - Don't miss staying here

My family and I stayed at this home when we were in Florida to attend my nephews wedding. John and Bunny are wonderful people who make you feel at home the minute you meet them. They were like family to us and just opened up their home and all the amenities that came with it. We highly recommend staying at this home. It was big enough to accommodate my extended family and had the most comfortable beds, great pool and hot tub, and a tiki bar. We spent most of our time on the patio and wish we had more time to stay. The home is also minutes from restaurants, main roads, and the ocean. The next time I am in Florida I will definitely contact John and Bunny again. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

Pampered!

Our stay at this home was wonderful. We are 3 couples from North Dakota and Jon and Bunny made us feel so pampered and welcome in their beautiful home. All the extras made our experience extra special. The pool, hot tub and master suite were highlights. Also, everything we needed to cook, entertain, and simply enjoy was right at our fingertips. We also enjoyed biking and walking each morning in the beautiful neighborhood. These owners are definately a cut above all the rest and we are so happy we choose this house! Thank you Jon and Bunny for everything! We would definately come back!

The home is Five stars. Nice neighborhood, remote and so quiet yet Grocery, movies, restaurant are close by. We needed to relax and this was the perfect house with the pool and hot tub. Bunny was available when we had a question, This was a Thanksgiving to remember.

SIMPLY PERFECT

We stayed for 2 weeks and none of us wanted to leave! The house is great and Bunny and John are perfect hosts. The beds are so comfortable and the house is huge with plenty of space for everybody. The pool area is spectacular with enough room for everybody to dine outside and the kids could have spent the whole vacation in the pool without any complaints. I have stayed in Orlando before and that is something I will never do again. New Port Richey has so much more to offer. Better weather, hundreds of beaches nearby and Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are so much better than Disney and Wet n Wild. We will definently come again.

The upgraded saline pool is checked everday for your family to have the cleanest, clearest and warmest water. The hot tub is cleaned each day as well. All of our beds are new and are top of the line, name brands, for the best night sleep you could wish for. We provide the highest quaility sheets, bedding, towels, and beach items for our guests. Everything in the house has to be the finest for our quests because we actually do care, and appreciate our returning "family" guests. This home has everything you need, not to mention John & Bunny are 2 of the nicest people you could ever meet! They make you feel as though you are family. The pictures don't do justice for this home. It is beautiful and so comfortable. You could not ask for a nicer vacation home. The kitchen is large enough to cook Thanksgiving dinner in! We had such a good time at the pool/hot tub and Tiki bar. You feel as though you are at your own private resort. You are close to grocery stores, Wal-Mart and resturants. John & Bunny are very accommodating to suit your needs. They actually moved a bed into the master bedroom for my daughter (who is 4...I didn't think she'd do well in another bedroom being as this was her first vacation.) The master bedroom is a very large room and worked out perfectly for our us since my son who is 2 1/2 was also in the the room with us in the crib. It was the ideal set up, not just the master baedroom but the whole house. Don't hesitate with this home. Go for it...trust me. You will not be disappointed. This is paradise!!!

Don't look anywhere else. This is it! Something for every age. Party or quiet getaway. Lots of room, very comfortable with a beautiful and well appointed kitchen. Good information notebook and instructions/labeling in the house was thoughtful and helpful.Private pool, luxurious beds,gated quiet neighborhood, garage,great location. Grocery, restaurants, shopping,recreation, attractions,and water nearby. Many conveniences in the house. Very nicely decorated but not fussy. Everything they advertise is true and then some. Its a warm, home atmosphere.I'm pretty sure John and Bunny have thought of everything but are very accessible if needed. We will definitely come back again. Especially fun to see the neighbors go by in their AIRPLANES! Very good value. I'm telling you; GO for it!

The owners Bunny & John make you feel so welcome,it's as if we've known them all our lives! Their recommedations on places to eat ,golf courses etc.have always turned out to be fantastic! Their huge home is beautifully decorated & has everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable vacation,including a pool & hot tub! The airplane community is awesome,we even came to know a neighbor who took us flying! I would recomend this home to anyone who is interested in visiting the beautiful state of Florida!
