GATED - QUIET - NATURE VIEWS AND OVER AN ACRE OF LAND!

DO YOU HAVE A PLANE? LAND AT THE PRIVATE AIR STRIP AND TAXI RIGHT UP TO THE HOME AND PARK IN YOUR PLANE IN THE DRIVEWAY OR ON THE SIDE YARD!

If you are looking for a spacious, quiet place to stay, and you enjoy walking or biking, then, this is the home for you! The home is extremely spacious, and it sits on 3/4 of an acre of land. All the homes in this gated development sit on nearly an acre of land or more. Great home to have friends over, or just enjoy the nature views in the back yard, and sometimes deer will visit the yard.

The home has a large living room with fireplace, and a huge screen enclosed porch across the entire back part of the home. You can open up all three sliding glass doors and have fresh air blow through the house. There are two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and a third large room on the other side of the home with it's own beds as well. This home can sleep seven people comfortably. The master bedroom has a King size bed and it's own bathroom and vanity. The second bedroom is right next to the second bathroom with a Queen size bed and a twin. There is a bonus room with two twins, or push together for one king bed. The kitchen is large with beautiful views of the huge back yard. French Doors lead out to the huge screen enclosed porch. A double car garage screened in.

If you choose this home for your stay, you will be very pleased and will want to return year after year!

Area Information

Do you enjoy small private planes? The development owns it's own air strip and some homes have hangers for their plane and on occasion, you will see a small private plane taxi down the street to the private air strip. Don't worry, this neighborhood is very quiet, and only on occasion, do the planes take off and land. If you have your own plane, you could even rent this home and fly your plane, land and taxi right up to your vacation home! This development is very unique and one of New Port Richey's best kept secrets!

Comfortable convenient and at Home

It was good being there and so many friends came by to see us from: Naples Ocala Spring Hill Gainsville!!! We all had a good time ere not on top of each other We cooked we danced some others watched movies Others went to the beach, and then out to eat, Very nice restaurants nearby..Not the most modern House but the area is beautiful and Convenient.. There is alwyas something to do and somewhere to go....A key spot

Thank you for coming, It is a nice place to come any time of the year, The fall is also a good time!!! Fall winds help with the heat It gets comfortable.without being too warm. Most leaves dont' change. Some trees loose their leaves But can still go to the beach and walk on the board walks or walk around the theme parks so come again. Book it for your holydays...

great place to arrive before or after a cruise from the Tampa Cruise line Ports, we and different friends have taken the Cruise lines to the islands and Mexico left the car at the port and just drive to our home away in new port richey and It is Central florida, can drive down south to miami Marco Island Ft lauderdale or just across east to ORLANDO without spending so much on hotels...It's just home: Edita Carmen Maritza Mama we've done it all!!!
