Lovely 2 bedroom home, furnished beautifully and ideally located
within walking distance of charming downtown New Port Richey,
with many fine shops and restaurants. All utilities provided, including
cable TV, and washer and dryer.
A 3 to 6 month rental is preferred, with a rental of $1,400 monthly.
Available from Oct. 1, 2012 to June 1, 2013.

Area Information

This is the perfect location, in a quiet town with beaches less than
10 minutes away! Tarpon Springs with its historical sponge dock
area, quaint shops and fine restaurants is just 14 minutes away.
Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Tampa are within 45 minutes!
All this and Florida's wonderful winter weather will make this a
vacation to remember!
