Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on canal in New Port Richey, Florida. Private subdivision beach. Close to shopping, restaurants. New kitchen, granite counter tops, new appliances. Tile floors. All linens, beachtowels, cooking equipment, appliances, backyard patio furniture, new grill. Decorated in beach style. Plenty of pillows, linens, towels, beach towels,cutlery, dishes, glasses. Floating dock in backyard. You can sit and watch the dolphin or occasional manatee swim by or fish.

Beautiful Private Subdivision Beach is walking distance from home.

This is a Non-Smoking Home. You are welcome to smoke outside, and I can provide ash trays, but please, not in the house.

There is a $100 cleaning fee in addition to the weekly rent.

Area Information

Walking distance from home is a shopping center with a Publix grocery store. Off of US 19. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, things to do.

Owner is very detailed, had everything prepared for us. Property is very nicely appointed and we wanted for nothing. Everything was there and more. Location was very central to our needs.

Q:What is the most fun thing to do at my home?

A:Just sitting outside on the dock, watching the boats go by, maybe a dolphin or manatee swim by. The Private Subdivision Beach is a mile away. It is beautiful there. You can walk the beach. Beautiful sand beach. Covered picnic areas with grills. Float on the water. Just a nice way to spend the day!

Q:What akes my vacation rental special?

A:Most of the home has been remodeled. The kitchen is state of the art. New cabinets, appliances, granite counter tops, everything you need to make a gourmet meal. All small appliances you could need are there. This was my home and everything is first class. Not your average rental.
