Welcome: Looking for a home away from home for your vacation, some place safe, but in the middle of all the fun' Well that ''s what we look for when we travel. We want your family to feel like a part of our family! Our brand new town home (completed in December of 2005) is located in the residential community of Marina Palms in Port Richey (2 miles from Main St., New Port Richey) on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida. Only 2 blocks from the Code river and the Gulf marina; and 10 minutes (2 miles) from a beautiful secluded beach park. Also, only a short 90 Minutes from Disney/Sea World, 30 minutes to Busch Gardens, 30 Minutes to Clearwater Beaches. Gulf access by boat in minutes! A private, community pool is only 10 yards away, and golfing is also located nearby.

Some of the many activities: The Gulf Coast of Florida has a superb climate all year round, and is an ideal location for visiting the Florida attractions: shopping, golf, water sports and of course excellent beaches. The surrounding community area includes golf courses, tennis courts, boating, fishing, walks through nature parks, bike trails. Take a cruise on the Casino Cruise that leaves twice daily from our very own docks here in Port Richey. There are plenty of activities available for you.

Anclote Key is a Florida State Preserve located three miles off the mainland by the city of Tarpon Springs. The island measures 3 miles long and 1/4 mile wide, making it an ideal place to explore. A fine white sand beach covers the entire gulf side of the island. If you look carefully, you'll find many interesting shells and maybe even a few sand dollars. Sea turtles may be seen in the blue-green waters, particularly near the south end of the island. For the bird watcher, Anclote Key supports over 40 different species on the island, including bald eagle and osprey.

We have family in the New Port Richey area and have been going there a few times a year for the past 12 years. We usually stay in a hotel or we have stayed in other rentals. This rental by far was the nicest. We would definitely stay at this townhouse again. It was very clean and very well taken care of. The location was very convenient to our family and restaurants and grocery stores. We felt like we were really at our home away from home. Keith was very nice to deal with regarding the rental. Can't wait to go back!

It was very nice, clean, spacious, practical, and quite new. Great to take a family and be together on a getaway vacation. The only complaint is that there is no beach near by.

We decided to get married at Sand Key. My husband, myself, and two sets of our closest friends stayed in the condo.It was a perfect 25 minuted drive from the beach with tons of cute restaurants nearby.
