This condo has a perfect location. The view is great, the beach is a few steps away, and the proximity to stores and restaurants is a great convenience. The beach was perfect for boogie boarding, body surfing and surfing, yet calm enough close to shore for those less inclined to play in waves. The condo is comfortable and attractive.

The condo was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was stocked fairly well, but no blender. The A/C broke on Wednesday night and we called to report the problem on Thursday, Friday and twice on Saturday and no one came and fixed it and it was 89 degrees in the condo and I had two elderly people over 80 yrs old and my one year old grand daughter. I again reported the trouble we had on Sunday morning when we checked out and no compensation or credits were given. We will not be staying here again. There are too many nice places that don't cost as much and have maintenance problems fixed right away. If they would have compensated us or even been remorseful that we had such a hard time, we may have used this again
