Our Non-Smoking Condo is a two bedroom, two bathrooms with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest room, and a full-size pull-out sleeper sofa. We are located on Building A (Beachfront), fourth floor with entrance to a large balcony from the living room and master bedroom where you will enjoy an awesome beach front ocean view!
The spectacular view from the fifth story pool deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is unparalleled. Also enjoy a game of tennis or shuffleboard on our newly re-surfaced courts. The building has enclosed and secured parking area with elevators for easy access to all floors.
We speak Spanish.

I loved this beautiful, elegant 2 bedroom condo right on the beach. The unit is spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a beachfront holiday from numerous beach chairs and umbrellas to the fluffiest towels. I loved having breakfast on the balcony, scanning the waves for dolphins. The beach is pristine and quiet, offering miles of sand for meandering along the shores. The Moontide staff was terrific, always eager to provide information or assistance. I am glad that I rented this unit and hope to come back agian.

Even though it rained several days, our week was fabulous. We stayed in 605. The view was the main attraction to that unit. I have stayed in 604 and am familiar with Moontide, especially 6th floor, and the area. The condo was perfect for just the two of us. Loading and emptying the washing machine was difficult. We will return next summer. If I can arrange it, we will be back sooner.

A nice old condo complex that is being well maintained. Once you get pass dealing with the not-so-good office staff, the property shines like an old penny. The location is as good as it gets in New Smyrna Beach! Priced right during off season, not so sure I would pay in- season rates for this old of a property.

I highly recommend this beautifully decorated, fully stocked Condo. There was nothing missing that we needed! Wonderful view of the beach and great owners and staff to work with. We will return :)

We have stayed at the Moontide Condos several times and love the property. This year we stayed in A205 and for the first time had problems with the condo itself. The refridgerator filter alarm kept beeping , one toilet broke, if you used two appliances at the same time the breaker switch would cut power. But the staff was very nice and responded very quickly, fixing things. We still had a great time and will be back there(not in 205) when we come next year. Sandra Grate

Too many mosquitos. The town needs to do something about this. My children and I are covered in mosquito bites. The condo was beautiful just wish it is in another beach area. New Smyrna beach is old and rundown. The condo was brand new, clean, wonderful. Pools were ok but only used them once because were attacked by mosquitos. Loved the condo did not like the area at all. If you like the New Smyrna beach area then stay at this condo. It was on a no drive section of the beach. Right across the beach and easy to get to. Very clean and nice and quiet.

I have stayed at New Smyrna Beach 4 times in the past. This was by far the best condo my family has been in. It was clean, well stocked, and modern. You cannot get closer than right on the beach. It is a secure facility with gated parking. The pool was one minute from the room. The beach was about two minutes away. The staff were always helpfull. The Kirkpatricks were very gracious to us. I highly recommend Moontide 405. I hope to return in the future.

Everyone at the moontide was very friendly, the unit was very nice and clean. The only thing we did not like about it was the difficulty of getting around the complex, to the pool and beach. Different floors, elevators for each, very confusing, and very time consuming.

This property met and exceeded our expectations. It is right on the "no Drive" beach. The apartment and the complex with beach towels, beach chairs,umbellas and sand toys for the kids. We hope to use it again.
