Our Non-Smoking Condo is a two bedroom, two bathrooms with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest room, and a full-size pull-out sleeper sofa. We are located on Building A (Beachfront), fourth floor with entrance to a large balcony from the living room and master bedroom where you will enjoy an awesome beach front ocean view!
The spectacular view from the fifth story pool deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is unparalleled. Also enjoy a game of tennis or shuffleboard on our newly re-surfaced courts. The building has enclosed and secured parking area with elevators for easy access to all floors.

• Other Fees: There is $75.00 fee for cleaning services, and $25.00 office booking fee. Holiday Rental Rates are not included on special promotions. 3% discount when paying with a personal check, money order or cashier's check. This property met and exceeded our expectations. It is right on the "no Drive" beach. The apartment and the complex with beach towels, beach chairs,umbellas and sand toys for the kids. We hope to use it again.
