Description of the New Smyrna Beach vacation condo rental
Condominium Features: The Living room is large & comfortably furnished, with a 42-inch flat screen TV,DVD player, stereo system & CD changer. The dining area comfortably seats up to 6 persons. The fully equipped kitchen has electric stove & oven + built in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator & breakfast counter. Off the kitchen is the laundry with full sized washer & dryer.
The master bedroom features a King sized pillow top bed,
32-inch flat screen TV with DVD player, a walk in closet & spacious master bath with jetted Jacuzzi tub, separate shower & double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in closet, dresser & nightstand + 24 inch TV. A second full bathroom is adjacent. High speed WiFi internet service is available for guest use . The living room couch converts to a double fold out bed if needed. All linens, blankets & towels are provided. Tennis rackets, basketball, beach chairs & beach umbrella are available for guests to use.
A large balcony with table & chairs is off the living room & faces the nature preserve & overlooks two small ponds with lighted fountains.
The ground floor indoor parking garage is conveniently accessed via stairs or elevator.
The two Clubhouses & swimming pools are 1 minute walk away & each feature a fully equipped workout area with multiple excercise machines, hot tub & sauna, plus a small movie 'theatre' & TV room. Adjacent to the pools are tennis courts, basketball hoop, shuffleboard area & a synthetic practice putting green.

Perfect Vacation !

We recently had a wonderful stay at this Ocean Walk Condo. Our condo was gorgeous, clean and well kept; and the entire facility was perfect. We enjoyed many of the amenities offered ~ two pools, fitness rooms, beach, etc. We couldn't have been more pleased. When we opened the door upon arrival, the condo was more than we had expected, very open and inviting ~ plus it was clean, fresh and ready to relax! Everything that was needed was there and the laundry room was a plus too! We are keeping this condo in mind for our next visit !

We found this unit to be perfict in every way. It was clean, great furnishings and a great loccation. The complex has everything you would want and more. Top that off with some excellent weather to boot. We found some excellent restaurants in the area as well. All in all, a great time.

My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised when we opened the door. We stayed in this condo for five days, found it to be spotless, extremely comfortable, and packed with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely request this location when we return to New Smyrna Beach!

We had a FABULOUS stay at this lovely condo. The place is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. We lacked for nothing! The pools and recreation areas are lovely. The trip to the beach is a short walk across the street. The beach is BEAUTIFUL and there are life guards. We are big bikers and not only the beach but the entire town is wonderful for biking with hard sand, wide sidewalks, bike lanes on the roads and several trails. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Can't wait to return!!! Thanks for a great vacation!!!!

A Great Escape

This is a great CONDO with some nice updates. We've stayed in lots of places over the years and can't wait to return. It is the perfect distance from the beach. Not on top of all the action & noice, but short walk to a fairly quiet section. Lots of great eating in the area. The Golf is extremely reasonable. Be sure to check out the discounts available for on-line tee times. Great communication from the owners. You will not be disappointed

We appreciated how clean and well outfitted the condo was. The beds were comfortable and the unit was quiet. The laundry room was an added bonus. We enjoyed the varied activities that Oceanwalk offers. This will be on the list of places we hope to visit again!

My daughter and I stayed here for the long weekend in July. We just wanted to relax and have some fun on the beach. We were pleasantly surprised with the condo. It is immaculate and nicely decorated, and well equipped. The beach is beautiful and you can walk forever in either direction. Great place, you cannot go wrong!!

We stayed in Ocean Walk condo for over 3 weeks.It was well kept,clean,close to the beach and with every detail attended to.Despite the uncooperative weather our experience was excellent.
