Description of the New Smyrna Beach vacation condo rental

Our condo, unit 311 has sleeping accommodations for up to 4 adults and 2 children. Our unit was remodeled 2003-2007 with all new tile floors and carpet, paint, vanity in the bathroom and many other upgrades. Besides terrific ocean views from both the balcony and bedroom we feature a 20 inch TV with DVD/VCR combo in the living room, another TV with VCR in the bedroom and all the creature comforts. We even have high speed internet access and free long distance calling to the US and Canada. A full kitchen, pullout sofa, king sized bed are just a round out a few of the extras you will get when you rent with us. Please contact me today for more information.
