Beautiful Ocean View 2 BR/2 Bath Condo. This 4th Floor Unit overlooks the 2 Olympic Size pools and has a beautiful Ocean view from the balcony. The balcony will accommodate up to 6 people for your Ocean breeze dining. The master bedroom has a private bath, King Size bed, cable TV/VCR. The second bedroom has twin beds and TV and with adjoining bath.

The kitchen is fully equipped and all linens are supplied. The living/dining room has full size sleep sofa, recliner, cable TV/VCR/DVD.

The condo complex has 2 Olympic size pools, 2 kiddie pools, shuffle board and large sun deck overlooking the "no drive" beach.

New Smyrna Beach offers miles of beautiful sand and surf. Our Condominium complex is located on the "No Drive" area of the beach. This is a protected Sea Turtle area. Grocery and dining are just across the street. Just about 10 minutes south you will find Cape Canaveral Seashore National Park. Flagler Ave and Canal Streets offer unique shopping and dining in these historic areas.

New Smyrna is approximately 1 hour from all of the Disney and Amusement Parks and Kennedy Space Center. North you will find Daytona Beach and Daytona Beach International Speedway just 20 minutes away. Historic St Augustine and 2 outlet malls are approximately 1.5 hours north on Interstate 95.
