We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Villas. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Beach was beautiful and rooms were great!!

A step back in time, when a Florida vacation meant a small motel on the beach for you and your family to enjoy, only better. A two bedroom, two bath condo with a pool and hot tub. Steps to the beach. Pizza across the street, a short walk to Chase's for excellent dining, groceries and shopping a short 3 minute drive. Lay back, relax, read that book you've been meaning to get to, take that walk with the kids you never get a chance to take at home and when you feel like going somewhere to remind yourself of what you wanted to get away from, Daytona Beach and Orlando are less than 90 minutes away.

Very nice condo with a great view of the beach (on the vehicles allowed part of the beach). New Smyrna is a family friendly beach, alot to do nearby.

Excellent place, had a great time. Well stocked kitchen, VERY clean. Furniture and TV's fairly basic. Stayed in first floor condo.. had angled view of the ocean. Moved chairs out 5 feet to couryard and had a fantastic view of the ocean. Fun for my 70 year old parents as well. Thanks NSB Vacations... I will definitely visit again if I am ever in New Smyrna Beach.
