Newly-remodeled 2/2 home a few steps from New Smyrna's no-drive beach beside resort-size swimming pool in quiet, friendly community. Spacious first floor corner home in 2-story village of only 28 units ensures privacy and plenty of room in common facilities. Two full bedrooms and baths, roomy dining room, bright and comfortable living room with views all around, and a nice, new kitchen!

Nicely furnished with queen bed in master, day bed with trundle bed underneath in guest bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in living room makes this unit comfortable for sleeping six. Plenty of fresh, new towels and linens provided.

New Spanish tile throughout with new large capacity washer and dryer and modern, sunny, well-equipped kitchen with new refrigerator. All the amenities of home, including two color TVs with cable and VCR, telephone, dishwasher, microwave, and BBQ grill. Boat and RV parking permitted!

Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is just minutes away. Also in the immediate area is a county park with fishing pier and playground. The access to the river affords sportsmen some of the finest flat bottom boating, river fishing, crabbing, clamming, and shrimping available in the State of Florida. Seashell-filled beaches, great fishing in famed "Mosquito Lagoon," tours of historic Florida homes, and secluded beaches.

Lodging Tax: 12.5% (6% to fund tourist activities, 6.5% sales tax)
Deposits: SECURITY DEPOSIT $200, refunded within 15 days of departure if no damage or loss to the rental property or its contents. Housekeeping fee of $100 will also be deducted from security deposit, but as a Recession Special, you will get the full deposit back if you leave the condo as clean as you found it! CANCELLATIONS: ALL pre-payments will be refunded with the hope that you will try again if we receive 30-day notice of cancellation (7-day notice for weekly rentals).
Other Fees: RESERVATIONS: We reserve your rental upon receipt of the signed lease and the $200 security deposit paid through PayPal. We will send you an invoice through PayPal, which lets you use any credit card or bank account after free sign-up. We use eBay's PAYPAL exclusively because it is "the safer, easier way to pay and get paid online." Your credit card/bank info is not revealed. Rent is due the day prior to your arrival and paid through Paypal. Long term rentals are due first of every month.

The unit was beautiful, clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the boardwalk and the pool. Jonnie and Steve were a pleasure to deal with. We would love to go back and spend another week there.
