Our beautiful non-smoking condo is a two bedroom, two bathroom open and airy unit, with a king-size bed in the master and twin beds in the second. Two queen-size Italian leather sleep sofas grace the 26' living room (we recommend only pre-teen children sleep on these sofas). Our kitchen was completely redone and our bedrooms boast all new furniture. BRAND NEW 51" HDTV & BLU-RAY PLAYER IN L.R.! Each bedroom has an LCD television and DVD player. FREE high speed wireless internet is yours, so bring your laptop! The balcony overlooks the roof-top swimming pool in the A Building and the Atlantic Ocean. You'll love the pool! Tennis and shuffle board are right onsite.

Our unit is completely furnished including all linens, washer/dryer, etc. We offer far superior rates to similar condos at Moontide and get great feedback on the quality and cleanliness of our unit. Best of all, we're located on the "drive-free" beach.

Area Information

New Smyrna Beach, the second oldest city in Florida, has never abandoned its charm. Blue skies meet over 13 miles of white sand, some of the best of which is right in front of Moontide. New Smyrna Beach lays claim to the best Florida offers with excellent backwater and offshore fishing, golf, historical sites, cultural events and eclectic shopping and dining experiences along historical Flagler Avenue and Canal Street. Just south of New Smyrna Beach lies the Canaveral National Seashore, which offers excellent swimming, bird watching, hiking and more. Anglers at nearby Mosquito lagoon have set international records with giant redfish catches. Deep-sea charters leave New Smyrna Beach daily, giving offshore anglers an easy way to wet a line in the beautiful Atlantic. Many cultural and historic sites also make our town noteworthy. The condo was as described. The check in was much easier than others we have stayed at. The unit was clean and we had no problems with it. The beach here is great, clean and not crowded. Couldn't have asked for anything nicer.

close to the beach

As a family with four children we enjoyed being so close to the beach. The condo had a nice ocean view from the living room and balcony. The master bedroom was nicely decorated with a comfortable king size bed. We were quite pleased with this unit, especially for the weekly rate.
