Description of the New Smyrna Beach vacation condo rental

Large beautiful 3-bedroom, 3 bath ground floor direct oceanfront condo. This first floor unit has a great ocean view and you and the kids can walk right out to the pool and beach. No waiting on the elevator! This is by far one of the nicest complexes on the non driving beach. Complex has a private heated pool with spa, exercise room with jogging and cycle machines. Pool deck overlooks ocean. Only 25 units in complex. Condo is located on car free beach-no need to be concerned about any cars driving on the beach. Wide flat beach for plenty of room to play. Oversize Jacuzzi and separate shower in main Master suite bathroom Full tub/shower in 2nd Master suite bathroom. Third bedroom features connected bath with over-sized shower. Both master suites and Living Room have wall to wall glass overlooking ocean. The two suites have direct access to the oceanfront porch via sliding glass doors. The Living Room accesses the same porch via double sliding glass doors. Master bedroom #1 has a queen size bed. Master bedroom #2 has two singles. Third bedroom has a single (trundle) bed, sleeping two. Included is an inflatable double air mattress and a roll-out cot.

This condo comes beautifully decorated and is the perfect home away from home. With a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, cable TV, and linens; guests will have everything needed for a beach-front retreat. Amenities include an exercise room, heated pool (seasonal), and jacuzzi.

Area Description

Visit the main street boardwalk and watch the surfers in the afternoon. Each end of the island has beautiful walking parks where sailboats, large motored vessels and wild life can be seen. During your visit to the National Seashore Park (5 miles), learn the history of the island and climb Turtle Mound to see outstanding views of the intercoastal and the ocean. Bicycle down to Manatee park (3 miles) or kayak with the manatee and dolphin. During sea turtle nesting season you can be part of the preservation of the turtles by protecting the nests.
