Description of the New Smyrna Beach vacation condo rental

GROUND FLOOR,1 bedroom Unit, private patio,just steps to Courtyard with Gas BBQ Grill, and heated pool, on the other side of the pool is the Atlantic Ocean (NO DRIVE ON BEACH). The unit has covered parking just outside front door.

The NO DRIVE ON BEACH is perfect place to spend the day, surf-fishing, taking long walks, biking, or just relaxing by the ocean.

We are located on the Atlantic ocean, easy access to the Intracoastal river, fish or kayak the back waters.

Within blocks of the Colony Beach Club you will find the River Breeze Park which features boating, fishing, playground and an observation dock perfect for watching the dolphins and manatees as they play and feed along the banks of the Intra Costal waterway, the area is a bird watchers paradise.

Only 7 short miles south to Canaveral National Seashores, great surf-fishing, shelling and long walks (5 public beach access areas with parking).

Downtown New Smyrna Beach has a great historic district, shopping, restaurants,and galleries.
Car show, 2ND Saturday of every month 4-8PM.

Or try you luck on the Sun Cruz Casino.

New Smyrna also has five public tennis courts, and two public golf courses, there are numerous golf courses (like LPGA National) Within 1 hours drive.

25 Minutes to Daytona Beach, 75 Minutes to Orlando International Airport(MCO), Disney, Seaworld, Universal.

What a find

If you want a quiet, family oriented place to stay, this is for you. The condo is quiet and clean. The furnishings are comfortable and nice. The owners have provided everything you would need for a beach vacation. We have 2 kids ages 3 and 6 and stayed for 10 days. There were plenty of local inexpensive things to do and Disney and the Space Center, etc. are all close by. I cannot say enough good things about Colony Beach Club or New Smyrna Beach. This is definitely the place to come if you want a low traffic, hang out on the beach and relax type of vacation. This condo is an incredible value for the rental cost. We can't wait to go back!!

Relaxing at New Smyrna

My husband and I stayed at this condo for a week along w/ my two younger sisters. We had such a blast! It was wonderfully low-key and relaxing. We actually arrived too early on Saturday but the owners (Mike & Linda) were very gracious about giving us a quick tour and explaining the amenities. Everything was just so convenient and the ocean/beach was BEAUTIFUL. We would definitely like to make a return stay sometime in the future.

They are very helpful and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The condo facility is well maintained, accessable and located close to everything in the area. The condo is very nice, well furnished and excellantly maintained. I would recommend staying at this condo
