Third bedroom option available when using queen size murphy bed in private sunroom off the master bedroom. Ocean views in newly renovated, well supplied, oak kitchen with granite countertops. Tropical Palmetto decor with estuary views from king bed in master bedroom with private en-suite and walk in closet. Seashore inspired decor in 2nd bedroom with queen bed and ocean views. Full floor to ceiling estuary views in open concept living/dining room area with comfortable seating for 6 around circular palmetto dining table and leather living room furniture. Outdoor meals enhanced in the screened covered back patio when being serenaded by the estuary's wildlife while watching the dolphins and manatee frolic below. Our condo has been tastefully decorated and furnished with a tropical nautical theme for your enjoyment and is perfectly situated for those who seek to get away from the crowds, want a car free beach and desire to play and fish in both the ocean and river. On site paved launch area with private docks is ideal for boaters. Ocean and Estuary parks next door, have basketball and tennis courts, a large chidren's playground area with swings and interactive playground equimpent, a fishing dock and manatee viewing areas. Area Information
Located on the east central coast, New Smyrna Beach is Florida's "best kept secret". It's a quiet historic seaside area with 13.2 miles of beach to enjoy. Apart from being a gateway to the Indian River Intercoastal Waterway, it's long been recognized as having the best surfing beaches. Mosquito Logoon, a fisherman’s haven, is located less than 4 miles away in Canaveral National Seashore Park, the second biggest estuary in the world. It’s a 21.5 mile long, 3.5 mile wide wildlife sanctuary that is home to an abundant population of redfish, flounder, black grouper, and speckled trout. Furthermore, the park is the nesting ground for loggerheads turtle and home to a variety of indigenous birds, dolphins, manatees as well as many unique species of plants and animals.
Kennedy Space Center, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge Center, Daytona, St. Augustine, Disney, Universal, Sea World & Orlando shopping are all within a 60 minute drive or less. We enjoyed the view of the ocean everyday, dolphins playing out front. The stairs were a challenge but arriving up top the view was worth working for...
