New Smyrna Beach is the Best Beach in Florida, and we found the Best Property on the Beach. This is one of the few properties with a seawall and beach deck. In 2009, the property underwent a multi-million dollar renovation. It now features two tennis courts, shuffleboard, two large swimming pools, two wading pools, loungers, tables with umbrellas, beach deck with new pavers and lighting, security gates, and 5 acres of green space perfect for summer games! If you like the beach but don't feel like getting sandy, cozy up on one of the loungers overlooking the shore. All of these great amenities are shared by only 77 units and less than half of them are rentals. Enjoy the serenity of this oceanfront oasis.

The property was clean and the owners were very hospitable; they went out of their way to provide a tour of the condo and the downtown core. Great location for a family of 5. Steps from the beach and amenities galore. The complex and courtyard are beautiful and well maintained. Laundry facilities are coin operated and require quarters. This was the most beautiful ocean front condo . The ocean was right in front of my window. I woke up to a magnificent sunrise and went to bed with the sound of the waves. I only wished I didn't have to leave. I hope to do it again really soon.

We were met by the owner at the condo and he gave us a tour of all the amenities and the condo. He even drove back to the condo the next day to bring us tennis raquets to play with. The condo itself felt like home. Very comfortably furnished with everything you need from playing on the beach to cooking in the kitchen. The beach was not busy, and almost seemed like a private beach.

We had a great time. The condo fit our needs perfectly. The balcony had a great view, spent a lot of time out there. Every morning walked to get the USA Today, went out to the deck with my coffee & throughly enjoyed the experience. The pools and surroundings were beautiful. The condo was clean, well furnished, and with a good decor. Will definately by coming back asap. Only draw back at my age, next time will get a ground floor unit.

We stayed for a week in June....and it was pure perfection! The condo was plenty spacious enough for our family of 5. Everything you need is in the kitchen and the grocery store is just a few minutes away. Restaurants galore also. The beach has easy access, is clean and quiet. We had the best time chasing crabs at night too! We made good use of the beach, pool and game room. You will love vacationing here!

I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. I love that it is right on the beach, yet there area also two pools to swim in as well. Neither the beach nor the pools were crowded during the time we were there. The condo is very nice and I would not hesitate to stay there again!!

The owner was great. He met us when we arrived and gave a tour of the condo and grounds of the complex. He had maps available of New Smyrna and restaurant menus to help us decide where to dine. This was a great condo. Very clean and practically like being home. The beds were great. Very comfortable. The furnishings spotless. Every kitchen aide possible was there. The unit looked spotless. The large balcony was only about 25' from the beach sand. The marvelous breeze allowed us to sit there almost all day. We definitely will use this condo again and soon.

Impossible to beat this location, the condo is right off the water and the waves come and break close enough to generate this peaceful sound. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay and I was even able to kitesurf a few times right in front of our balcony (just wish we got more wind!!) Thanks Bob!

Perfect Location for a New Smyrna Beach Vacation!

This condo was perfect for our family of four! The unit was very clean with plenty of towels, etc. It is right on the beach so you wake up each morning to the sound of the ocean's waves! Very nice! The pool and beach deck area of this complex has a resort-feel to it, which we loved. Palm trees, green grass, beautiful pools, etc. We will defiitely stay here again! My only negative observation and a tip for future guests....was the condition of a couple of the bakeware items. The muffin tin and cookie sheets were well used with caked on grime. I understand this happens with rental units, so it does not affect my rating. However, I'd bring aluminum foil/muffin tin liners, etc. next time to line the bakeware before using. Other than that minor detail, the rest of the kitchen items were in great shape. Plenty of utensils, tupperware, etc. Very relaxed reservation, check-in, and check-out process! Very nice!!

Stay was wonderful, very easy access to the pool area and beach. Great views of the ocean! The oonly negative is that I wasn't aware that we had to provide our own toilet pper, trash bags and paper towels. Make sure you bring these items with you! Other than that.. nice!

We had a wonderful time. I would have given 5 stars if our AC hadn't went out for 24 hrs but the owners went above and beyond to make up for our inconvenience and reimbursed us for 2 days of our stay. The view was unbelievable. I woke up every morning and watched the sun rise from my bed. The kids had a great time boogie boarding in the ocean and swimming in the gorgeous pools. We loved swimming at night with the lights around the pool. The balcony was nice to set on in the morning and have my coffee while reading a book and listening to the waves crashing in. Even got to see a few fireworks over the ocean. Wonderful place and the owners were above average in kindness!!!

If you are looking for a GREAT condo on the beach to rent this is it. I had such a wonderful time, I've already booked another visit Everything from the beach, to the pools, to the view, make it very hard to leave. The Condo is well appointed, with everything you need, but most important is that it is very clean, and comfortable. The owners are so easy to work with, and make you feel welcome. Stay in Orlando for a wedding contact the owner who was professional and very wonderful in letting us stay in her condo for the days we had left. The place is is as clean as the pictures and the view was breathtaking. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone. I couldn't have picked a better place than this, great view, good location, secured building and secured parking garage.The parking place was a little tight but that was my only complaint . Location is just about everything, especially where this unit is concerned. This condo faces the beach directly and has plenty of room for 4 adults, or a family with kids! Very functional, great location, amenities for everyone! Can't wait to rent this place AGAIN and AGAIN!

The condo was nice, well supplied with all the essentials, and clean. The view was great as well as the beach and pools. I especially loved the sunning deck overlooking the beach, but out of the sand. Our only problem was that the internet was not always reliable and my husband was taking an online class. We found the library, so he didn't miss anything.

Our family searched for a last minute (one week before our Gulf vacation) and the only response was from this site. It was available during this week. The owner and I conversed via email and everything she told me was true. Her condo was out of this world! They were very accommodating since we didn't realize they only took checks and no credit cards. That would be the only thing I would say to try and relay to anyone staying there. However, they took us in anyway and it all totally worked out. Thanks so much to the owner and her hospitality. She saved our failed vacation that would have been to the Gulf side. Thanks!
