Our unit is located in Inlet Marina Villas, a lovely NSB community with inlet waterway & beach access, boat docks, fishing, tennis courts, and a large heated pool directly overlooking the Intracoastal. Gas grills and a poolside cabana with a full kitchen for your private party or evening outside are just a few perks to our villas. Direct beach access is across the street via keyed entry.
Rental includes all bed tax, utilities, cable, local phone and cleaning service. Condo has many upgrades - flat screen TVs, new ceiling fans & appliances, plush linens, private screened patio facing wetlands, fully stocked for beach or poolside gatherings / outdoor entertaining on the Intracoastal.
Available monthly only, Dec 2013 - June 2014 (see calendar) $2200/month, inclusive. Discounts for multi-month / off season rentals.

New Smyrna Beach (NSB) is a very friendly seaside community with a small beach town feel. Conveniently located approximately 1 hr 15 min NE of Orlando airport, 45 min from Sanford Internat'l airport and only 30 minutes south of Daytona Beach.
Inlet Villa Marinas is an ideal location for exploring the area by bicycle, ferry or quiet walks on the beach. Local attractions such as Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Arts on Douglas, weekend festivals and shoppes on Flagler are just a few NSB favorites. Stroll the beach, enjoy fishing, kayaking, our parks and local seafood / markets. Airboat rides, Kennedy Space Center, cruises, eco-tours and Sunshine Coast attractions are only a short drive away.
