Description of the New Smyrna Beach vacation condo rental

Comfortable 1BR/1BA on the white sandy beach of New Smyrna Beach, located on the central coast of Florida. This 1st floor condo is only steps away from the ocean front pool and a few steps more from the beach where you can go shelling, fish, swim, surf, play volleyball, bicycle or sail. The bedroom has a queen size bed and personal bathroom. Sit at the breakfast bar in the kitchen that overlooks the dining and living area. The kitchen has all the amenities of home and the living room has a comfortable couch that rolls out to a double size bed.

Our patio backs to a tropical landscaped courtyard with a view of the ocean. The grounds are beautiful with a large patio gazebo, shuffleboard and the heated pool (winter months) Club house. Castle Reef is only an hour away from Orlando, home of Disney World, Sea World, and Universal, and a half hour to Daytona and Kennedy Space Center. Within a bike ride visit historic Flagler Avenue with its quaint shops, pubs and restaurants.

Wonderful value and experience

This condominium resort has been updated and is laid out with many fun activities. The pool/clubhouse/shuffleboard/shaded gazebo area is very nice! (we got addicted to shuffleboard) A ground floor unit that was very clean and "fun-beachy-decor" supplied us with everything we could ask for, just a short 40 yards from the lovely beaches of New Smyrna. Also, a bonus for this resort to be along a stretch of the beach that does not allow automobile traffic. A terrific value on this condo for our week stay there last week!
