This is a great 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit! January monthly rate $1695, February monthly rate $1865. Together $3360

Area Information

New Smyrna Beach is the "Old" Florida type town. Laid back. Plenty
of casual dining with great seafood restaurants. Canaveral National
Seashore is 7 minutes down the road where you can put in your boat
for world renown flats fishing-snook, trout, reds in Mosquito
Lagoon. Ocean offers kayaking, surfing, sailing, sunbathing
and any other ocean activity.
Old Flagler Avenue has returned to life with shoppes, ice cream
treats, surf shops and restaurants. You can also take your car to
the North end (1 mile) of the beach and cruise on the driving beach.
The surfing is some of the best on the East Coast of the USA!
Highway A1A south of here is still a 2 lane road which dead ends
into the Canaveral National Seashore.
You can bike on the flat beach or bike in Canaveral National
Seashore as well. There are Indian Mounds there to see. 40 Minutes
to the west is famous Blue Springs where you can swim with the
Manatees or just watch them from the edge of the Spring.
People return to this area year after year because of the location,
affordability, and wonderful family atmosphere.
Plenty of affordable golf nearby. Disney, Epcot, MGM, Animal Kingdom
are a 1 1/2 hour drive; Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea
World 1 hour 15 minute drive, Daytona Beach 20 minute drive, Kennedy
Space Center 45 min drive.

We just wanted to express our sincerest appreciation for what was absolutely the BEST vacation in an ocean condo!! We've always, for the past 22-24 years, stayed with family when we "vacationed"!! This year, we took the plunge. With the recommendation of a friend in New Symrna Beach, who had installed appliances in these buildings, we contacted you and made arrangements to stay for 10 wonderful days!
We drove over 900 miles from Missouri to arrive in NSB! When we opened the door, to our surprise, we found a home away from home, which was very reassuring! Everything we could ask for was there!! We were more than pleased with the comfort of the beds and the furniture provided!! And the privacy was wonderful! The balcony overlooking the palm trees and oaks was very sweet to wake up to and enjoy morning coffee and afternoon drinks! The balcony was spacious and lovely to watch the skyline at night! We enjoyed many meals we made with the provided cookware and dinnerware! We didn't have to bring a thing from our home because it was all there! The decor of the rooms was very nicely assembled and I have tried, since staying there, to model my own home after the condoâ��s. Each and every decoration was beautifully placed! The colors used in our room, the blues and tan/beige, were quieting and relaxing!! The jet tub was awesome to relax in and let the bubbles just float you away!
You can pretty much gather that our first vacation and 31st wedding anniversary very enjoyable!! We hated to leave a place that was not a tourist attraction and felt like we, if by chance, wanted to relocate to Florida, that NSB would be the area in which to reside!! The security of parking in the covered garage was another comfort in which we didn't have to worry while staying there! We felt very secure and protected in these condos! We have ventured back to your site to look up Oceanwalk 7-302, to relive the moments captured in our minds and we are planning further visits in the years to come.
