From our 5th floor unit balcony and master bedroom enjoy incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean at New Smyrna Beach Our unit overlooks 2 Olympic size pools(1 heated during winter months), 2 kiddie pools, windscreen pool deck, direct ocean front beach deck with lounge chairs for a relaxing evening. 4 lighted shuffleboard courts and a club house. Our bright and cheery condo is tastefully decorated and awaits your arrival!

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a pass through window to the dining area with table and seating for 6. You can also see a small view of the ocean from our kitchen window. The Master bedroom has a king bed, cable television, private bath and an access door to the balcony. Slip away each evening and relax to the soothing sounds of waves crashing onto the beach. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with twin beds a glimpse of the ocean from the window. The 2nd bathroom is located in the hall between the master and 2nd bedroom. This bath has a tub/shower combo. All rooms have ceiling fans! For your convenience there are 3 beach chairs, beach umbrella and sand toys.

On each floor of the complex are a coin-operated washer and dryer. There are 2 elevators in the building and assigned parking with guest parking. There is also a small car washing station on site. Just across the street from our complex there is a small shopping center complete with restaurants and grocery store. Sidewalks along the street in front of the complex for your morning or evening off beach stroll. Outside our complex in the evenings from May to October you may be lucky enough to see the sea turtles as they nest, hatch and make their way by moonlight to the ocean. What an awesome experience! If you are an early riser you will see some of the most breathtaking sunrises from the beach deck. Dolphins are commonly seen during the morning and late afternoon.

The recent 2.2 million dollar renovation to our complex makes it one of the most competitively priced on the only non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach!

New Smyrna Beach has plenty of casual dining with great seafood restaurants. Canaveral National Seashore is 7 minutes down the road where you can put in your boat for world renown flats fishing- snook, trout, reds in Mosquito Lagoon. Ocean offers kayaking, surfing, sailing, sunbathing and any other ocean activity. Flagler Avenue has shoppes, ice cream treats, surf shops and restaurants. You can also take your car to the North end (1 mile) of the beach and cruise on the driving beach. The surfing is some of the best on the East Coast of the USA! Highway A1A south of here is still a 2 lane road which dead ends into the Canaveral National Seashore.
You can bike on the flat beach or bike in Canaveral National Seashore as well. There are Indian Mounds there to see. 40 minutes to the west is famous Blue Springs State Park where you can swim with the Manatees or just watch them from the edge of the Spring.

Plenty of affordable golf nearby. Disney, Epcot, MGM, Animal Kingdom are a 1 1/2 hour drive; Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World 1 hour 15 minute drive, Daytona Beach 15 minute drive, Kennedy Space Center 50 min drive. During the months between May and October you may encounter sea turtles nesting.
