We stayed at the “Stewart Cottage” 809 Carol Ave. New Smyrna Beach, Fl. for a second year, this time for a month and a half and loved it even more than last year. It is a very comfortable, modest little cottage with everything you need. Just bring your clothes and groceries. Susan at Grace Reality is who we have dealt with over the years and is very accommodating. I would recommend you use her too if looking for rental or interested in buying a house in the area.

This was a terrific little cottage. The price was very good and the location was superb. I could walk to almost anything--the beach, specialty shops, restaurants, the super market, drugstore, etc. One thing we didn't know about this property though is that there is a caretaker living upstairs. In spite of that we enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again.
