The House is in a Good location. Publix and restaurants are right down street. The House was Clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Nice area.

This property is an an absolute beauty! Very large kitchen with incredible bamboo cabinets and lots of warm colored tile. The custom built cabinets and desks/workstations throughout the home are a the result of a well planned design. Even though we were on vacation, we enjoyed working from our laptops in the enclosed Florida room overlooking the tropical back yard. Best of all, this home is pet friendly so we able to take our precious cocker spaniel with us. The entire neighborhood and trails are shaded which allows you to walk or ride bikes comfortably on a very hot day. The ocean is a short easy walkiing distance away. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

We would stay across the road to be closer to the beach. Amenities were sufficient, price a little high. Washer malfunctioned and was difficult to operate. Area was quiet with ample parking. Recreation hall was closed. Two window blinds were jury rigged and in need of repair. Over all experience was satisfactory.

We rented this property for 3 months and had rats in the attic when we arrived. It took 7 weeks for the owner to get rid of them through a exterminator. Not a good experience.

The recently decorated house is beautiful with all creature comforts you could desire. The complete kitchen has everything for meal preparation. The interior design is perfect with all new furniture obviously done by a talented professional.

I stayed at this house in June of 2006. The house is immaculate and beautiful, and the location is perfect, just about a block walking distance from the most beautiful beach on the east coast. This beach area is extraordinarily clean, and quiet. A perfect vacation spot for couples, families or friends. I highly recommend it!
This cottage is the perfect vacation retreat for a family. Bring the pup - we have a wonderful dog beach too!
