Description of the New Smyrna Beach vacation home rental

My home is 3 bedroom ranch house, eight years old. It is a lovely house surrounded on three sides by palm trees in a developed area, a healthy twenty minute walk to shopping. Home is furnished and has all necesities, meaning dishes, linens, a washer, no dryer but there is a clothes line and two laundramatsnearby, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Rent negotiable especially if you are willing to water my plants. Parking is good on this private way and two spaces actually in the driveway to the right of the house pictured.
I have only one other neighbor so it is reasonable to say it is a very quiet neighborhood. Will take all questions. I you wish to call, after nine PM Eastern Standard time is best for me.

I guess my favorite eature of the house is the screened porch which is built right into the structure, very comfortable, hard to see if the photo.

Area developed in the late fifties from Ellison Farms area and continued building up up thru the time my home was built. Homes in area are modest and well maintained. You are twenty minutes from Titusville, 20 minutes from Daytona and about an hour and ten minutes to Orlando. For airports, you can consider orlando, Daytona (served by Usair and Delta) and also Sanford.

Wonderful freebee concerts at Riverside Park, NSB:beautiful view, jogging area, playground; and more concerts in Daytona at the Daytona Civic Center and at the Shell which is oceanside. This area also has a funshopping area, movies and video games for kids with a Good Burger King.
