888 Bonita Avenue is 80 steps from the beach this newly constructed three story beach home is casually elegant. Equipped with great outdoor living spaces including outdoor gas grille, outdoor bamboo shower, fish cleaning station, paddle boards and kayak, this is a great retreat for family/friend reunions. Decorated beautifully, this home is very comfortable with great amentities, including plasma internet tv, gas range, wine cooler, inside laundry, to name a few. You can enjoy the beautiful Florida sunsets overlooking the lagoon from one of three balconies. You will never want to leave this beautiful beach resort. In addition, the house is not available to Springs Breakers.

New Smryna Beach is located one hour northeast from Central Florida theme parks and attractions.
