Location! Location!

They say location is everything and it certainly was with this rental home. The ocean and downtown are just a short walk away. I think it took us about 15 minutes to get there. We found a church and movie theatre about a 5 minute drive. Also there is a health food store and two restaurants about a half block down. Met the neighbors on both sides and they are very nice. Some traffic on the street during the day but extremely quite at night.
