Comfortable, fully furnished and spacious family vacation home sleeps six,

Located two blocks from beach and fabulous oceanfront park with boardwalk, picnic pavilions, grills, bath house, basketball and handball courts and a full-time lifeguard on duty year-round.

Master bedroom has queen bed, walk-in closet and private bath with tub/shower.

Guest bedrooms have twin beds and large closet in one, full-size bed and closet in the other. Shared bath with shower.

Huge family room at rear of the house with piano, opening to sun room and back patio with grill. Open living room/dining area in front.

New carpeting throughout bedrooms, living room and dining room with parquet floors in family room. Flagstone front porch and in sun room.

A/C with humidity controls. Ceiling fans throughout home.

Full kitchen with smooth-top stove, dishwasher and spacious refrigerator w/freezer, coffee makers, microwave, toaster oven. All dishes, utensils, and cookware supplied. Washer and dryer off kitchen.

Single-car garage with remote-control door opener.

This 1600-square-foot home sits on large corner lot that can accommodate boat trailers and/or RV. (Zoning OK).

Rental is $2200 per month/$750 per week. Discounts available for multiple weeks or multiple months.

Our beach is noted for walkers and surf fishing.

House is close to shopping, churches and restaurants. Convenience store on the corner before crossing to beach park.

Orlando theme parks are an hour away, and Ocala National Forest is a 40-minute drive.

Class A minor league baseball with the Daytona Beach Cubs, the 2013 Florida State League champions, at historic Jackie Robinson Ballpark on City Island in downtown Daytona.

Your beach is just steps away with full-time lifeguard and beach park with boardwalk, picnic pavilions, rest rooms with showers, basketball and handball courts and children's playground.

South of lifeguard stand, your beach is vehicle-free. North of the lifeguard stand, you can drive and park on the sand for miles.

Gentle slope of beach makes this beach ideal for children and seniors. Surf-fishing and surfing are permitted.

The pristine beaches of Canaveral National Seashore are six south on State Road A1A. The park also has a boat ramp with access to the Indian River Lagoon and excellent paddle trails for kayaks and canoes.

Enjoy world-class fishing from the beaches and in the Indian River Lagoon.

New Smyrna Beach has three golf courses, including a well-maintained 18-hole, 6,200-yard municipal course designed by Donald Ross with driving range, pro shop, clubhouse and excellent restaurant, Tiano's.

The Flagler Avenue arts district is the way Florida used to be and features restaurants, taverns, art galleries, craft and pottery shops and surf shops.

Ride your bike two miles to the Publix Supermarket, a Beall's department store, more restaurants,and a nail parlor, There's a paved bike trail to the plaza from our house.

Two marinas are located near public boat ramps on the North Causeway.

Quality local seafood is available at multiple locations, including Boston's Fish House, Oceans Seafood Market, Norwoods, JB's Fish Camp, Maloney's Oyster Bar, Off the Hook Raw Bar, PJ's, and Blackbeard's.

Nearby restaurants also include Outback, Spanish River Grille, The Garlic, Cafe Verde, The Grille at the Riverview, and our favorite destination for home-cooked comfort food, Jason's Corner.

Walk to Manny's or Little Italy for pizza, or drive downtown to Panheads. For breakfast, walk to C's Waffles in the Dollar General Market plaza.

And right around the corner, there's an ice-cream parlor called S'mores, complete with fire pits.
