Our four bedroom, two bath home sits on 1.3 acres and is minutes away from both Lake and Mount Sunapee. This property is tucked away with excellent privacy and still has availability to all surrounding activities. The deck and screened in porch make the outdoors as close as you like it. Two floors and full basement make your stay as private as you choose. A carport under the deck will protect one vehicle.

The Lake Sunapee regeion includes activities for all seasons. The lake is "NH best keep secert" with all the beach fun you would except. The foilge in this area in unsurpassed in New England. Mount Sunapee has all the winter wonderland activities inculding ski and snow board parks. Many trails including triple diamonds and enough lifts to make the lines almost non existant. Spring time is beautiful in the area with the trees comming to life and all of natures changes.
We are minutes from Colby-Sayer College and avaiable during graduation and start of school.
