Description of the Newbury vacation home rental

Our four bedroom, two bath home sits on 1.3 acres and is minutes away from both Lake and Mount Sunapee. This property is tucked away with excellent privacy and still has availability to all surrounding activities. The deck and screened in porch make the outdoors as close as you like it. Two floors and full basement make your stay as private as you choose. A carport under the deck will protect one vehicle. Holiday rates may differ.

Area Description

The Lake Sunapee region includes activities for all seasons. The lake is "NH best keep secret" with all the beach fun you would except. The foliage in this area in unsurpassed in New England. Mount Sunapee has all the winter wonderland activities including ski and snow board parks. Many trails including triple diamonds and enough lifts to make the lines almost non existent. Spring time is beautiful in the area with the trees coming to life and all of natures changes.
We are minutes from Colby-Sayer College and available during graduation and start of school.

Great location, August 13, 2008

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property is set back in the woods and has a nice size yard so it would be perfect for kids to play. Our only complaint was that the house could have been a bit cleaner. I would recommend this property to others.

The house was nice. A little on the retro side, but clean and very private. My only problem was the hot water took 24 hours to heat up. I would rent again, this time in the summer months !!
