South End Newburyport MA, Adorable One Bedroom apartment in owner occupied 2 family home. Steps away from Joppa Flat boat ramp. (Bring your kayak!) 2 mile ride to Plum Island and a five minute walk to downtown.

Apartment features 2 floors, Large eat in kitchen, washer/dryer, livingroom, futon sofa that sleeps two, upstairs charming, sunny one bedroom, and full bath off the bedroom, stocked with Plum Island Soap Company soap.

An affordable way to enjoy Newburyport in the summer time. seasonal views of the river from the bedroom. Quiet neighborhood.

Bassinet, and Pack and Play available on request. Easy walk downtown to great shops, restaurants, steps to river path--bike or walk into town along the river!

Area Description

Newburyport is a historical city with lots of charm and activity. Great biking, walking, bird watching, kayaking, swimming, boating, fishing...all in one small seacoast town!

Newburyport has a beautiful downtown area, easy to walk around, wonderful artist studios, theatre, restaurants, pubs, and more!

Plum Island (a two mile bike away) has swimming, trails to walk on the national reservation, birdwatching, and more.

Other area interests are Maudslay State Park, walk trails, picnic enjoy nature
( a 5 minute car ride away)

Salisbury, Hampton beaches are a short drive away. We are appx twenty minute drive to portsmouth, and the maine seacoast is not far! So much in one area!

Required Stay: Saturday to Saturday
Deposits: 125 security deposit due. Plus $50 cleaning fee to hold Full weekly rate due 30 days after signing rental agreement. **We have changed out deposit, it is 1/2 of what we charged last year.

We had a great time. The house had everything that was listed and then some. The family that owns the house couldn't be nicer. A quiet neighborhood, with the owners of the home living next door. We would recommend this stay to anyone and plan on returning next year. The location is perfect between two beautiful beaches and nestled in the great little town of Newburyport with so many things to do so close by. The family gave some great recommendations of things to do which made searching for the best spots all that much easier. Thanks again Kathie and Stephen see you next year PS Go Yankees
