This 3 bedroom / 1 bath 1930s year-round Plum Island beach cottage comes complete with a large kitchen and living room. There are 2 queen sized beds, a bunk bed, and a queen sized sleeper sofa.

Plum Island is the ideal setting for a vacation. Aside from enjoying the pristine beaches, you can bird watch, fish, and visit an old lighthouse. With just a 7 minute drive, you can take in all that downtown Newburyport has to offer, including restaurants, boat tours, art associations & galleries, live performances, and tons of specialty shops.
