Area Description
It is on the Balboa Pennisula, corner duplex with all the Palm tree. It is the upstairs unit with ocean views, one house from the ocean, start of the bike path. Great bike ride next to the ocean all the way down the pennisula.
Great for long walks, sunset view. Can see the sun rise from the upstairs unit.
There are resturants and stores walking and riding distance. Will pick you up from the airport and deliver you back. Maid service is available for a small fee.
Newport Beach is the most upscale city in Orange County. It has South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island for your shopping needs.
The Duplex is worth over 3 million dollars. So you will be in an upscale neighborhood.
