Area Information

On the peninsula just one mile bike ride to the "Pier" with all the action. 2 minute walk (3/4 block) from sand & ocean. Across the street from shopping mall with minimart, 3 restaurants, bike rental, surf shop, etc.

This condo is very clean, neat and affordable. I enjoyed the beach which is just about 50 steps away from this house not to mention the beautiful weather. So many best restaurants and shopping malls including fashion island and south coast plaza within 10 minutes by car adds to my pleasure. I will definitely recommend this house to everyone.

We visited California for Christmas and wanted to stay in Newport. The apartment is on a quiet street, close to the beach but apparently not in party central! This is good because we like peaceful places to stay. It was a very nice and cozy first floor apartment, nicely decorated, and very clean. We would definitely consider staying there again.
