Description of the Newport Beach vacation condo rental

Everything new & top of the line. From the furniture to the appliances to the baths all is gorgeous & spotless for every guest that arrives. This upstairs condo is 1400 sq. ft. with large balcony that has view of sand & ocean. Dining seats 6 to 8 with counter seats for 2 & patio dining for additional 4. Huge Master Suite with King plus daybed & trundle & very large Master bath with even a romantic chandlier. One car garage with additional outside one-car space. Flatscreens w/DVD players, Internet connection, 2 bikes, 4 beach chairs (all included). Linens & towels provided in the Winter months (none provided in Summer).

A short one mile bike ride to the Newport Pier with all the action & 1 block from a shopping center with numberous restaurants, bike & skate rental, donuts, tacos, & small fun pub. 3/4 block to sand & ocean.
