This California villa style property minutes away from Newport & Laguna Beach on a private lake has everything you could want for your family vacation, romantic getaway, or business/corporate accommodations. The Private 16’ electric boat, accommodates 6 nicely. You can take a 1 hour cruise around the lake or head to the clubhouse & enjoy 4 pools, Jacuzzi, fitness ctr, tennis, basketball & volleyball courts & snack bar in summer. The home is a three bedroom, 2 bath w/ 2 car garage, full gym & laundry. The master suite has a private bath, Satellite TV, & solarium office with computer hook ups, printer and fax. The additional bedrooms are junior suites w/ Satellite TVs & private entrances. The living room, family room & kitchen all boast spectacular water views. The house has vaulted ceilings, a large fireplace, wet bar, plush carpet & travertine tile throughout. There is a private Jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, BBQ, comfortable patio furniture and a large 4 tier sparkling fountain.

Area Description

Located minutes away from Disneyland, John Wayne Airport, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, San Clemente Pier, Catalina Flyer, numerous golf courses, Fashion Island, South Coast Plaza, Spectrum shopping and movie theaters. San Diego, Palm Springs, Big Bear, Hollywood and LAX are about an hour and a half away. Great Home/ Great Location, August 2, 2009

Visited here with my husband and 3 children (boys 17 & 15, girl 5). The home is nicely decorated with plenty of room. Steve included lots of extras like fishing poles and a beach kit with chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, towels and suncreen. The boys especially liked taking the electric boat to workout at the neighborhood weight room. There are also 3 pools, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, and a snack shack. The kids also enjoyed having satallite TV in every room. Steve was great about giving us the tour and showing us how everything worked. This home is close to the freeway (I5) and therefore convenient to get to anywhere in Orange County. We would definitely stay there again.

Steve & Renee We just wanted to thank you for helping us have a wonderful, much-needed vacation. I must admit, we came with a bit of trepidation, as we had always stayed at resorts or hotels before, and this was the first time we had rented a house. But as our eldest exclaimed as soon as he saw the place, it was “the best decision we¹d ever made”. The house is beautiful, with all the comforts and little touches of home, much better than we expected, and the pictures don¹t do it justice. It was very central to all we needed to do, including visiting LA, the beaches, San Diego, and Disneyland. The amenities were great, and each of us enjoyed a different aspect of the place. Neither the teenagers nor the toddlers wanted to return home after that week. A big ‘thank you’ to Steve for being so helpful, at the start of our vacation and also during. Wow - Great Choice for our Thanksgiving Vacation! We are a local family with kids looking for something "different" for Thanksgiving. We made the right choice. Steve was so gracious and kind from start to finish. Beautiful home, incredible location on the lake,lovely Christmas lights up outside,..clean, clean clean! Even a lovely "Welcome" treat when we arrived....so nice. My husband had to be pulled from the jacuzzi.....so relaxing! We will be back!!

A most beautiful waterfront home with wonderful accomedations to relax and enjoy the weather and the ammenities. Relaxing in the hot tub while watching television and going for boat rides around the lake were some of our favorite pastimes as well as fishing from the comfort of a lounge chair on the deck. Steve is a most gracious host who went out of his way to make sure that we felt welcomed and that our every need was met.
He supplied us with information on local activities, resturants and even connected us up with a chartered fishing trip to Catalina Island. We'll be back! Thanks Steve & Renee.
