Description of the Newport Beach vacation home rental
This newly-decorated duplex is larger than the average beach house. The upper unit has 2 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds. There are 2 queen-size sofa-sleepers in the living room as well. Each room has beach-type decor, comfortable and casual...geared to accomodate families. This unit offers 2 decks, one at the front entry way and the other off of the bedrooms in back.
The lower unit is a large one-bedroom apartment with a queen-size bed and accomodations to sleep an additional 4 people in the living room. This unit offers a patio in front and a deck on the side.
Both apartments are fully furnished; TVs, cooking and eating utensils, washer-dryer, and garage parking for each.
We rent on a weekly basis from mid-June thru mid-September, $1600 for the upper and $1400 for the lower. Both units can be rented together at a discounted rate.
We are family owned and handle all of the operations of renting on our own. We take pride in taking excellent care of our property. Our tenants become our friends.
Area Description
This duplex is very centerally located. It is approximately one football-field away from the sand and one block from the Newport Pier. It is steps-close to the boardwalk where there are many restaurants, stores, sport-rentals, entertainment, local transportation, etc. There is a convenience store directly across the boulevard from the house. It is a short distance to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Hollywood, Marineland, etc.
We are located in a residential neighborhood at the entrance to the Balba Penninsula.
Walking distance to: Spaghetti Factory, Crab Cooker, The Brewery, Hooters, Woody's Warf, McDonald's, several pizza parlors, Italian and Mexican Restaurants, etc.
Short driving distance to: Shopping centrs, Disneyland, Marineland, Knott's Berry Farm, Beverly Hills, etc.
