Not only is it the perfect bungalow, it comes with a three hour Newport Harbor Cruise in our 18' Duffy electric boat! This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located right across the street from the beach. It has been completely remodeled throughout including corian and granite countertops as well as travertine tile throughout both bathrooms. Enjoy the designer vintage tropical decor. There are 2 42" flat screen TV's as well as TV's in each guest room. The kitchen comes with all appliances including a trash compactor, all kitchenware and flatware. Each bedroom is tastefully appointed with high quality linens. The yard is fully enclosed and the Catalina views are awesome. Beach toys, boogie boards, towels, coolers and a huge wagon to carry it over to the beach also come with this great property. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away and restaurants, shopping malls and Disneyland are all minutes away.

We recently did a complete remodel of this home and the finishings are top of the line such as granite counters, travertine walls and floors and a gorgeous fireplace with a large flatscreen TV above it. Each room has been custom designed for beauty and comfort. Each room has it's own tv and high quality linens. Perfect to come back to after a day of play on the beach. We always provide special soaps, linen and room sprays, beach and bath towels, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, a welcome gift and other fun little things you will love. We provide a huge beach wagon, cooler, boogie boards and more to walk to the beach with. This place is so unexpectedly luxurious and charming you will want to return every year. Come to the beach, we want you to be our next guests!!
