Also minutes away from Disneyland, Orange County Airport, major waterparks, shopping, restaurants, etc. Take a scenic train ride or drive to San Diego to visit Seaworld, Legoland, The San Diego Zoo, Del Mar race track and more. Use the boat to cruise the lake anytime with a picnic, enjoy a sunset cruise or just take it to the clubhouse to enjoy the 4 swimming pools, volleyball, tennis, basketball, fitness center, etc.

The fishing off of your private dock is stocked with awesome catfish and bass for adults and kids of all ages. (Be carefull, guests have caught a 32 pound catfish and a 7 pound largemouth Bass!) This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa boasts its own private jacuzzi and outdoor shower, double chaise lounges, outdoor patio eating, BBQ, beach toys and fully stocked kitchenware for your own cooking. You have your own private gym in the garage with weights and cardio equipment. There is a large 50" flat screen TV in the sunken entertainment area as well as TV's in every room. Not only does this house come with its own boat, you can also enjoy a Newport Beach Harbor Cruise with a Captain in our 18' Duffy electric boat! You can visit the Fun Zone or Balboa Island for lunch, fun and shopping. Visit a different beach everyday such as Newport, Laguna or San Clemente. The list of things to do are endless.

Great Vacation

We loved our vacation. The house was clean and everything that was advertised. There was plenty to do. We would head to the beach for 4-5 hours a day and then come back to the house and our boys could fish on the lake, play tennis, basketball or swim in the pools on the property. The house was very clean. We would come and do this again.

What a splendid five days we spent at this magnificent lake house. My boyfriend and I were looking for a few days to just relax and recharge from our busy lives. We looked at various hotels in the area, however resort fees, parking fees and noise level did not appeal to us. I made a quick inquiry to the owner Steve- he quickly responded, and made renting from him easy and enjoyable. From start to finish, Steve was available for questions-and most importantly encouraged us to feel at home. This home is actually more beautiful and exquisite in person, which is hard to believe because the website pictures are inviting and welcoming. We did not have the best weather, however the lake house is so beautiful we did not mind at all. Imagine staying in a house were you look out of a picture window facing a tranquil lake. There are TV's in every bedroom! The kitchen is better equipped than my own. There is also a deck that over looks the lake, which is breathtaking. The deck is decorated as if it could be on the cover of a magazine, it also included a heat lamp, comfortable lounge chairs and candles. And lets not forget the relaxing jacuzzi which i used nightly! The lake house is located near beaches, the airport and most desirable Orange County locations. I will look back at this vacation and think about how much fun we had taking out the boat Steve has docked at the house . We had romantic picnic's in the middle of the lake with the very tasty wine that Steve left as a welcome gift. We cannot wait unil we can come back again!

Peaceful stay on the lake

This house was great! Loved the french doors across the back of the house which afforded a fabulous view of the man made lake. My kids loved the french doors off both of their bedrooms as well. We had a boat at our disposal and used it every day to fish, joy ride and to go to the tennis courts and pools. My husband and son fished off the dock every day, though they didn't catch anything, they had fun trying. My favorite spot was on the double chaise lounge on the patio. Soaked up the sun every day! We also used the jacuzzi every night, very relaxing and fun for the kids. The tropical feel was all around us outside. Lots of plants, candles, benches, patio furniture etc. to lounge on. The host, Steve, was very acommodating and helpful, showing us around the house and taking us for our first boat tour around the lake. We had agreed to meet Steve at Noon on our check in day, but we actually arrived early at 11am and he was ready for us - perfect! After three hectic days at Disneyland, we were all ready for some r & r. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again when back in Southern CA.

Gorgeous House!

It's Southern California,so obviously we were looking for a house right by the beach. But being a local, we know the rates for a beach property and their quality just doesn’t add up. We spent hours searching websites after websites, but couldn’t find a single beach property that we liked. Tired and frustrated, we decided to get creative. We were not happy about it, but we started looking for properties more inland in search for better value. More bang for buck. And this property instantly stood out. We contacted the owner Steve. His response was instant, as if he was glued to his phone. We were really impressed. Being first time vacation renters, we were stepping into the unknown. We asked Steve to see the house before we confirmed our dates, and he agreed right away. He was friendly, and we knew right away he was someone we could trust. The property is in a very quiet residential community, very safe. Steve escorted us into the house, and the second we walked in our jaw dropped. The place is just WOW. Big living room, warm and cozy bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen. It has a big patio, plenty of seating, lots of sun, outdoor heater for cooler nights. Best of all ,it has it’s own private dock and comes with it’s own boat. Everything about this house said vacation, relax and have a great time. We signed the papers right there are then. The house is at a great location, minutes away from grocery, pharmacy and gas stations. Even if you are a super slow driver, beaches of Laguna is not more that 20 minutes. Big Irvine Spectrum mall is literally a five minutes drive. Restaurants and shops at Irvine, New Port and Costa Mesa are all within short driving distance. We spent three days in this house, and were just blessed with good weather. We spent our days basking in the sun, and stayed in the patio socializing till late at night. Next time we are going to ask Steve to just rent us the patio. It’s so beautiful, we felt rest of the house is a bonus. After staying a few days at this place, our whole perspective of a dream Southern California home has changed. I would recommend this place to anybody. Especially to people coming out of state or from abroad. Don’t get fooled with all the hoopla about a beach house, this is a perfect place to spend your vacation. Away from the crowd, yet minutes drive away from all the happening Orange County locations.

Everyone loves our house! You could easily spend your whole vacation there without leaving! The fishing is amazing, the boat is so much fun for sunset cruises, floating picnics or getting to the clubhouse for swimming in one of the four pools. We always have a welcome treat for our guests as well as special soaps, clean linens, paper towels, T.P., dish soap, laundry soap,etc. BBQ a nice dinner and eat outside right on the water! So luxurious...
