Vacation Rental Rates
Weekly Rates:
Special Rate for two week rentals only for use by 12/15/06--$1000 per
week
$1200/wk (12/15/06 to Memorial Day)
$1500/wk (Memorial Day to Labor Day and Holidays)

Monthly Rates:
$3200/month (Labor Day to Memorial Day)
$3750/month (Memorial Day to Labor Day and Holidays)
Rent two or more continuous months and get 5% off the monthly rate

$500 security deposit (refundable, if there is no damage)

$125 Cleaning fee

Half of the rent payment is due at time of reservation, including the
cleaning fee and security deposit. Payment is due in full 30 days
prior to occupancy. If cancelled within 45 days of occupancy, the
rent is fully refundable.

Please note: This is a smoke free and pet free rental unit. Violators
will be responsible for additional cleaning fee(s).
