Description of the Newport vacation cottage rental
Beautiful cottage on Sebasticook lake in Newport, Maine. This cottage is right on the water with a nice beach plus a paddle boat for you to use. One king size bed in the lower part of the cottage and 2 twin beds upstairs. Awesome deck just waiting for your arrival. Available June 20th to July 31st and August 21st on. $100 per night with a 5 night minumum, 1/2 up front and remainder due at time of rental, no pets or smoking. Interior is tile and linoleum - e-mail me or call with your interest and I can e-mail you pictures
Area Description
Newport Maine is a small town, but has all the amenities you need - 2 grocery stores including a super wal-mart. If you like to do any four wheeling there is an execellent trail nearby. Swimming, boating and fishing are great.
