Soo Nipi Lodge accomodates a single group of up to twenty guests on an historic property surrounded by farmland and forest with a spectacular view of Mount Sunapee. Whether its skiing on Mount Sunapee, hiking or biking on the Rails-to -Trails system, swimming at Lake Sunapee or canoeing at Pillsbury State Park, activities abound for outdoor enthusiasts year 'round. Weekend guests at the Lodge have included groups of skiers, scrapbookers, quilters,families, Holiday or life event celebrations and business or church seminars. Also, the Lodge is totally accessible for physically impaired guests.

The Lake Sunapee area is New Hampshire at its best. Located halfway between Concord and Hanover, Newport it an undiscovered gem. The Sugar River which runs through it has some of the best fly fishing in the state. The Library Arts Center is open year round with revolving exhibits of fine arts and crafts, and the Opera House has performances from May to October. A lively Farmers' Market is here all summer, and there is a week long Winter Carnival every February. An excellent eighteen hole golf course is just six minutes from the Lodge, and there is a wide variety of restaurants in Newport to tempt the palate.

And Soo Nipi Lodge is in Newport, only four miles from Mount Sunapee for the best skiing and snowboarding available in this part of the state.
