Awesome Easter Weekend, April 15, 2009
By Ann Joy (Delta, B.C., Canada)
We took our family down to the Coast for Easter weekend and stayed in the Cedar House - five of us in all with our two daughters' dogs. As the other house was unoccupied, we were able to view it. The bedrooms in the other house looked better with more privacy but the Cedar house had a better living area (larger kitchen, dining area and living room). It was a fabulous weekend; wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely return again.

 PERFECT!!!!!!, April 9, 2009
By Aaron (The Dalles, OR USA)
Thank you for sharing your wonderfull beach house. Everything was more than we expected. I would recommend this beach house to anyone. Very nice, and clean.

better than imagined, April 2, 2009
By Sara Strong (portland, OR)
My husband and I were married in the cedar house on a cold stormy day. The house was stocked with serving platters and wine glasses, perfect for the weekend we were wishing for. We just wish we could have stayed longer, but are waiting for our anniversary to have an excuse to return. The hot tub was amazing, we could see the lighthouse through the bush trail, someone has carved that path perfectly. The houses were clean and well stocked, we loved it!

 Wedding week-end, March 31, 2009
By Dori Hirsch (Glenview, Il.)
/we rented both houses to accommodate our extended family - included 4 girls age 4 and 2 babies plus parents, grandparents, etc.who had come from the mid-west for my Grandson's wedding. Both houses are GORGEOUS and very comfortable. The large kitchen in the big house was great for the big party after the ceremony. Also, because of the terrible weather (rain and strong wind) the ceremony ws held iside. The large loft balcony provided good viewing for all the guests. A very good time was had by all in your beautiful home.

 Great Home, March 23, 2009
By meg johnston (Portland, OR USA)
We stayed at the Cedar House and it proved to be a great fit for us. We were steps away from the beach, which is very private and secluded. We were able to bring our dogs without an additional fee-amazing! The house has plenty of room and great views from the bank of windows. We were very close to Newport for quick supply runs or a visit to the aquarium. Great place.

 Terrifc House!, December 9, 2008
By Marc (Portland, OR)
Unbelievably great house. Perfect location. Wonderful views. Best equipped kitchen ever. When this economy takes my company down, I am going to try and spend about a month there!

 Wonderful vacation, December 3, 2008
By Susan Roberts (Vancouver, BC CA)
We spent Thanksgiving at the two homes and they were both beautiful and the location perfect. Only negative was access to the beach.

Amazing place to be, November 26, 2008
By Brandi Sinner (Vancouver, WA USA)
We recently stayed at one of the houses for a family getaway weekend. It was absolutely perfect, plenty of room for everyone and a view of the ocean from pretty much any where in the house. The weekend could not have been better by the second day there we were already planning our next trip. I can't wait to go back.

By Tabetha Sinner (Vancouver, WA USA)
The blue pin house was amazing and worked perfectly for our family. We were a bit hesitant at first about the place, due to some issues with the owner responding to us and the deposit taking out to early, but once we got down there, it was just perfect. The hot tub needs cleaned but everything else was just what our family needed. Great kitchen lots of dishes plently to cook with!

 A very special place, July 4, 2008
By Som Saha (Portland, OR USA)
My family was visiting from the Midwest, and I wanted to make sure they had a good, Oregon experience. This house was it. An amazing structure, wooded, open and airy, with a beautiful view of the ocean through large windows. 10 of us stayed there very comfortably. Easy access to a nice, quiet, sandy beach. Kids had a ball finding nooks in the sheer walls along the beach and in the woods around the house. The secluded deck--overlooking the ocean with a hot tub and clay chiminea--was irresistible. We gathered around the fire at night and roasted marshmallows, taking a soak when needed. The house is very close to Newport, so restocking on supplies was easy. My only reservation in writing this review is that it might make all of you want to stay here and hence make the house less available to me in the future. :)

 Gorgeous, May 12, 2008
By Loretta (Bellevue,wa)
The home was great in all aspects. The view was immaculate and the location was also sweet. We have never been to Newport,Or or the Oregon Coast and it was a wonderful experience. You will see me again.

By Paula Roberts (Council, Idaho)
Who cared if it rained and the wind whipped! Just like our Honeymoon 30 years ago on April Fool's Day! The house was very welcoming and had amazing ocean viewing! Hell's Kitchen would have been grateful for the complete kitchen aides! Thank you for sharing your beach house with our family. We hope to get the chance to use this house again. User Friendly for sure!
