This brand new one-level Custom built home( 2400+ square feet) is perfect for a relaxing vacation! Designed for all your entertaining needs with open floor plan, tile floors, sumptious bedroom suites, 3 full bathrooms, gourmet kitchen and formal dining room area fit for all your family & friends. Amenities include: LCD TV, custom living room furniture, pillow top mattress in all bedrooms, beautiful interior accents state of the art kitchen with Stainless appliances & cook wares + breakfast bar. Located on over an acre park-like-setting with apple trees and beautiful native plants & lush vegetation. Large deck and covered porch encourage indoor/outdoor living! Come and relax on the Oregon Coast. The beach is a few blocks west, one of the best surfing beaches around as well as the Marine Gardens & Devils Punch Bowl. 6 people maxiumum..NO PETS.

Otter Rock is a small community with a village appeal on the southern side of Cape Foulweather, named by Captain Cook in 1778. Area attractions include Devil's Punch Bowl and Marine Gardens, miles of sandy beaches, great for surfing and ocean activites. Nearby is Depoe Bay, tourist town known for whale watching & charter fishing, Newport just 15 minutes south has the Oregon Coast Aquarium, Performing Ars, Agate Beach Golf Course, major shipping water front and Jet Airport, Lincoln City just 20 minutes north has the Chinook Winds Casino and Factory Outlet. Salishan Golf Course & Resort is nearby. All these areas have the best retaurants & shopping on the Oregon Coast. Other activites include hiking, nature trails, beach walking, bicycles, water sports and just about anything you can think of...a nature lover's paradise!

• Required Stay: 2 night minimum requested
   
• Deposits: 50% of the over all rental fee, including the security deposit ($300). The second half is due no less than 30 days before your stay. For stays with less than 30 days notice everything must be paid up front. (Please note that check out is noon, unless someone is booked to come in the same day as your departure. In such instances check out will be 11am).
   
• Other Fees: Cleaning & linens: Upon your request we will provide linens and cleaning services for an additional cost dependant upon the size of your group and length of stay ($75-$175). Cancellations made with more than 60 days notice will be 100% refunded, 60-45 days will receive 75% of the cost back, 45-30 days 50% of the cost back, 30-15 days 25% of the cost back, and 15 days or less 0% of the cost back. If the house is able to be rebooked for the duration of the canceled stay, full refund will be made

If you want to be close to the coast, but out of the mob scene, this is the place for you. It is a brand new 2009 home with a functional floor plan, is impeccably furnished, and exhibits quality and good taste throughout. On top of that the owner is available and is attentive to the needs of the renter. The property is easily reached from US 101 and is in a lovely residential area on several acres and within easy walking distance of the Devils Punch Bowl State Natural Area. The three bedrooms and three baths worked out very well for our family gathering of four adults. All those five stars in our rating are just gleaming!
