Description of the Newport vacation home rental

Panoramic views abound in this Nye Beach and ocean view home. Just minutes by foot to Nye Beach shopping/restaurants and beach. This 3 bedroom, 1 sleeper sofa and 2 bath home will sleep 7-8 comfortabily; 9-10 if double bed (futon) in loft is used. Extremely quiet road leading to house helps ensure you and kids are safe from traffic and noise. The only noise you will hear is that of the ocean! Master bedroom and family room opens to 8 x 30 ocean view deck.

No cats (owners have allergies)or large dogs. Small dogs require $100 extra cleaning fee and $200 refundable deposit. Deposit is refunded if no damage is found. Small dogs are case-by-case only - please inquire.

This home is an extended stay home; meaning 6 nights or more. You pick the 6 nights (or more) that best suits your travel needs. See "Rates" for weekly price. Each additional night needed is $100 regardless of season. Many times our weekly rate is more affordable than 3 or 4 night stays at comparable homes.
