The beach is located just 120 yards due West of the house. To access the beach you will walk about 150 yards South on a quiet road to a legal beach access and then 75 yards down a sandy path to two of the best beaches Oregon has to offer. Just a 12 minute walk to down town Nye Beach from this home by way of the beach or street/sidewalks.
Extremely quiet road leading to house helps ensure you and kids are safe from traffic and noise.
Master bedroom and family room opens to a spectacular 8 x 30 ocean and beach view deck. On Deck is a stainless steel grill for an amazing grilling experience.
In the master bedroom is a new Serta Perfect Sleeper cushion top mattress. In the two other bedrooms are new queen size mattresses. The sleeper sofa has a queen mattress as well. The loft is small but has a full sized futon bed.
June 1st to Sept 30th a 4 night minimum is required: $250/night
October 1st to May 31st a 2 night minimum is required: $175/night
Christmas, Thanksgiving and Springbreak a 3 night minimum is required; $175/night
City of Newport lodging tax of 9.5% required.
Non refundable Deep cleaning/professional prep fee: $100
Security deposit is a credit card Authorization only.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made prior to 90 days before stay will receive a refund of the deposit paid (1/2 of the total rent) minus $75. Cancellations made prior to 60 days from stay will receive a refund of the deposit paid (1/2 of the total rent) minus $150. Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days from stay will receive a refund equal to 1/4 of the total rent. Cancellations within 30 days of stay will receive a refund equal to the cleaning fee only. If a cancellation occurs and the time can be rebooked a full refund will be given. Notice of cancellations are to be made by email only.

Our family (three generations) had a great time. We particularly enjoyed the spectacular view from the deck out over the ocean. The weather was great and we made good use of it. Spent time at Nye Beach, particularly the Chowder Bowl and and walked to Cafe Stephanie for a late breakfast one morning. Got to Georgie's Beachside Grill at the Hallmark Inn one evening for dinner with all our group. Enjoyed both lighthouse areas, the aquarium, the beach (Agate and Nye), and a trip up to the discount mall in Lincoln City.

Quiet, rather secluded, safe home w/the sound and great view of the ocean. Close to to everything we needed and wanted to do and see. Just what we needed to re-charge our batteries. Wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully next time.

The weather was wonderful and sunny, which was a bonus. The house was perfect and the view spectacular. Everything in the home was very welcoming and made us feel at home. Very nice inside, yet not too ''fancy''. Will definetely stay again.

Dolphin made it very easy and convenient to rent this house. The home was clean and in good location for us. We only stayed two nights, so we couldn't enjoy many of the amenities. We would definitely stay there again. There were some minor things not ready for us which obviously were exceptions, but two things we didn't know about ahead of time: 1) The living area was upstairs (actually a plus for us) and 2) We needed to turn on the water heater breaker. Other than those, top notch!

What a great family vacation! The home we rented and the location was so much better than we anticipated. Every detail of our stay was taken care of, it was truly a worry free stay. So much better than a hotel. It was wonderful to have the cozy conveniences of home with such a spectacular view. We are truly considering making this a yearly tradition. Thank you so much.

this is the third year in a row we have stayed at the nye beach house. we love it. it is always very clean and has everything we need. i'm sure we will stay there again. my only suggestion is a tv in the master bedroom:) michelle is a joy to deal with and is always very helpful.

This is a lovely home with attractive mariner decor. It is roomy and has excellent mattresses on the beds. Everything is exactly as described all amenities are provided. The ocean view is awesome, it sits 3rd level up from the beach with an awesome view! The beach access is a little tricky about a block away and kind of steep. It is well worth the money and the owners are very accomodating and pleasant to deal with. We would rent it again.

This beach house is perfect for those who want to be near the ocean without paying the ocean-front price. The property is immaculate, nicely updated, and comfortably furnished. The views are wonderful and beach access is within reasonable walking distance. In addition, the owners are incredibly thoughtful and easy to work with. We will surely return.

When we first walked into this home we thought it was built OVER the ocean the view was so amazing. We walked every where which was nice too. Will stay again for sure.
